Charlotte is passionate about building progressive organisations. She looks after people and culture at OVO having joined in April 2020. Charlotte oversees all aspects of the People agenda including people operations, people partnering, leadership & people development, reward, engagement and communications.
Charlotte is also Chair of the Board of a charity called Restless Development, focussed on youth leadership. Prior to joining OVO, Charlotte was VP People for Arm, a leading technology business where she looked after People for its largest business unit licensing IP for devices, high performance computing, infrastructure, and vehicles globally. Before Arm, Charlotte worked in the FMCG and Financial Services sector in a variety of generalist and specialist roles.
