DESCRIPTION

According to the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, almost 8 out of 10 menopausal women are in work, yet many women feel unsupported or valued in the workplace and may even suffer discrimination - HR professionals have a vital role to the creation of a workplace where women believe they are heard and where actions speak louder than words.
