The session will focus around creating healthy habits leading to a greater sense of resilience. Our speaker will cover:

  • A framework to help create healthy habits for well being and resilience
  • Understanding that the stress triggers that diminish performance
  • Behaviour and language patterns which impact how we respond to challenges
  • How our behaviour impacts on the resilience of others
