The pandemic boosted the number of people working from home for some or most of the week. While attention has been given to the implications of this shift for employee wellbeing, relations, and productivity, less has been given to what might happen to the way staff are rewarded.
This session will explore how pay and benefits might evolve if this temporary shift to home working becomes permanent. After the event, delegates should have a richer appreciation of the various reward opportunities and challenges due to this trend and the organisational issues to consider when implementing change.
