How individual needs of team members are considered to define the new work pattern, etc. Additionally, remote, and flexible work practices require a different mindset in managing people's performance. Management, in turn, must trust their people for the work they produce and be as flexible and adaptable themselves as possible. In any case, compassion and empathy should be at the core of HR approaches; especially during crises.
Working from anywhere has become commonplace globally. The dramatic workplace changes introduced in response to COVID-19 have provided organisations the opportunity to reset team dynamics. This major shift can, and should, also serve as a catalyst to embed more inclusive practices and more effective leadership skills. However, an inclusive work environment does not just happen; it requires sustained effort. In this event, we will discuss how such an inclusive environment can be created, especially in a hybrid mode of working.
